- Enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, company, area of interest and message.
- Technical data. Our server records standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, page requested, time) for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you asked about (steps taken at your request).
- To protect the site from spam and abuse (our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations if you become a client.

4. Who processes it
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Tokyo region). Enquiries are passed to our own automation server and to our business email (Microsoft 365) so our team can respond. These providers process data for us under their terms and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client, in which case client records are kept as the law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
